Today: write one paragraph about where you were 90 days ago vs where you are now. Be specific. No softening. Then write one sentence about where you will be in 90 days if nothing changes. Read both. The distance between them is your Driftline.
Drift has a source. One decision, habit, or pattern is producing most of the downstream problems. Identify it. Name it specifically. Not "I need to be more disciplined." Which behavior, specifically, if corrected, would change the trajectory?
Not "I want to feel better." What specific, observable evidence would tell you in 30 days that you are moving upward? Write three measurable indicators. Without a defined target, all movement looks the same.
Sunday planning. Friday review. Seven days of intentional movement followed by honest measurement. One full cycle. That is what separates drift from direction. Do not evaluate after three days — complete the full week first.
"Momentum is not felt
in a single day."
